Card Game

I require an Iphone application.? The application should reproduce a card game of similar complexity to 21 or solitare. The user interface will need to support 2 users (on a single phone) with a touch screen interface to drag and drop cards.? The complexity of the UI will not exceed solitaire. The game logic involves multiple players, but is essentially based on the value of the cards plus exception rules. This project includes? initialising an ecommerce mechanism via the iphone to credit my account. Detailed game logic will be provided on bid acceptance.
