I want a CRM building to deal with debt management. This means the normal taking enquirers general information then when they wish to proceed turning the enquirer into an account.
In the account there will be more financial information required to be captured and some of the fields will need to calculate.

I also need a section to input creditor details and then to be able to select a creditor from a dropdown list in a client account should they be a creditor of the client.
I will explain in more detail should you have interest in this project.
To summarize we need to
Take enquirers details and follow up
Convert enquirer to client
Add financial information
Add creditors from creditors table
Produce financial statement and supporting document to email to client (needs to be a mail merge function to populate details from client record.)
Have a function to be able to pay clients creditors by bank transfer.

I guess to do this project in total is a bit enthusiastic so I am proposing that it is broken up into parts.
First of all what is required is the function to take an enquirer, to have a follow up facility until the enquirer then becomes a client. They would then be appended or converted to a client.
More forms would be required on the client screen. Obviously we will have transferred the data from the enquirer table to the client but at this stage we need to put together a financial statement. The spreadsheet that was missing is now on the project for you to download. You will see the various calculated fields for Income, Expenditure and Creditors. You will see in the spreadsheet how that works and in the last sheet is the formatted financial statement. We need the facility to email several standard messages to the client with the data merged from the client record.
Each client will have several creditors. We need a section for creditor's details records to be added. Then in the client section for creditors we should have a drop down box or look up table to insert the creditor's details into the client record. If the creditor is a new one then the facility to be able to add a new creditor.
We will have several emails/docs to send to a creditor on behalf of the client.
Regarding paying creditors, at this stage we will leave that and maybe have a separate project to add to this one.
