Advanced Flash Player with Advertisements similar to Hulu

Hi, We are looking to create a website that offers a similar playback experience to Hulu.com. Basically, we will have a flash video file on our server, and then the user will click play on our site to see the video. However, we will have a short video advertisement show sometime during the video (probably right before and/or after the clip). Of course, we will need to keep track of what ads have been played, and various other statistics in order to get paid from third party advertisers. Also, making sure that users will not be able to easily block the advertisements (through ad-blocking software or other methods) is also important. We do not know all of the technical complexities that may be involved so we are taking suggestions and quotes to get down the specifications.
