carbon fiber rods

I need 15mm outside diameter carbon fiber rods made. I need them in 100mm length 200mm length 300mm length and 600mm length. I need at least 50 of each size, i would prefer to have an initial run of 5-10 of each and then order more. This could become a very large volume project. If possible, i also need one end threaded to receive the other end. so one end would have a bolt like extension and the other end a threaded hole to receive that end. Those ends must be in alignment.
