Design me a Product

I am looking to employ an able person to build a product development proposal for a high end mail order vitamin and natural energy powder drinks company to be based in the UK with the intention of moving into the European market. I require a brack down of options regarding manufacturing of said product factoring price, recipe and ability to conform to local laws in said countries. In addition I would like the break down to include a list of proven and cost effective product development companies with examples of their work (I am more than happy to sauce this to an Indian company). In the product development brief I would like a full break down of the most effective ways to advertise and sell said product initially in the UK. This should include price and effectiveness of each avenue and should include Indian based web design companies. I also need to know what is the most efficient and cost effective mail order fulfilment companies to use. I would like this report to contain all the necessary facts and statistics evolved in stating a company of this nature.
