Bluetooth adapter for consumer electronics

Looking for technical lead for new venture started by Harvard Business School MBAs. Must be based in the greater Boston, MA area. EE/CS experience needed to help new business design and prototype wireless/bluetooth adapter for consumer electronics. Must be able to work with coding team to ensure smooth hardware/software protocol. Potential for cash work but ideally looking for person to fill CTO role with equity options.
