I need someone to create a plan for a cycling umbrella. There are several designs available on the internet, but I do not really like them. These are my general specifications for this project: - The form or shape is irregular and follows the shape of the whole bicycle (mountain bike). - It should be made of thick, transparent plastic which is supported by thin but strong metal rods (Support 1,2,3 in the attached images). I'll attach my own plan for your reference once I include you in my shortlist. Please bid only if you can finish this design and submit it to me on or before November 22, 2013 (11:00 PM). I'll create a Milestone Payment but will only release it when I'm satisfied with the submitted design. This is 1 day after you sent me the file. If you are inviting me to your design, I assume that you saw my portfolio and my resume, and you have an idea of what I can make and design. and I am sorry to say, but I charge a little more of what these bidding.
