Artistically Add Illustrated or Photoshopped Elements To Photographic Fashion Shots

We have an established ecommerce fashion website. We have learned to beautifully shoot our dresses on a dress form - and are satisfied with our photography technique because it looks polished as allows customers to see the dress very clearly, but are not satisfied with the background we use now. We are looking for someone EXTREMELY artistic, creative and technically-skilled to come up with a creative solution and execute it. It is difficult to combine a realistic dress photograph like we have with "fake" backgrounds- they usually look very cheesy. It is also difficult to combine a realistic photograph with drawn elements without it looking bad. Since we are a high-end fashion business, our image and presentation is everything so the taste level and execution of this must be outstanding, whether the solution is simple or time-consuming. Whatever you do, the solution must work as a thumbnail shot when viewed on a mobile phone the size of a large postage stamp or when viewed on a large computer monitor. The element you add cannot detract from the main object of the image which is the dress. You could remove the dress form in Photoshop and do a gestural drawing of part of a face and body in pencil or pen and ink. You could add a "set" (curtain? lamp? wallpaper?) via Photoshop. You could use a Photoshop filter of a fashion model in a Ben-Day dot that is artistically added in to the shot in a hazy way- a faded, pop art effect. You could "collage in" some elements. What is your idea? We have added our photos as attachments, as they are now. Since it is hard to price(not knowing how difficult you idea will be to execute or how long it will take you) but we are required to do so in order to post the job, please respond with how you would like to structure the pricing and a clear idea of what your idea is.
