I am an expert in elearning systems and development with over 13 years of experience working as a freelancer or heading teams in large educational institutions. Articulate Storline is my favorite development software when a SCORM or html5 compliant course is needed. I am ready to start working in a week time or so, my bid for 60 days, but actually will be trying to finish it in less than 30 days, but need to keep some room for reviewing courses by you, and of course I need you to be full satisfied of the work done and produced. I am not including any samples here, by will be providing samples of full courses that are created using Articulate Storyline with or without videos upon your reply to this bid. Videos can be built in the course or linked from outside sources including youtube for less load on servers if they are too large and are used thoroughly. I can deliver the final files on your specifications as one SCORM or multi-SCORM, or html5 based zipped folder. I can even upload to your own LMS with testing and quality assurance. As you mentioned, every part of the course like images, videos, animations, texts all should be synced to the voice over, so to make this happen smoothly the voice over has to be prepared in early stages or not already ready. Experience in creating great documentation (former Doc-To-Help Certified Trainer). The plan is to create everything in your plan hands-free for you.
