Hello, and thank you for your consideration for your design a simple bootstrap landing page. I am fully qualified for this job as I am an Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver. I am proficient with Boostrap, having recently developed a bootstrap landing page for a client. I am also proificient and html5/css3 and javascript, also necessary for development of a bootstrap page. Based on your answers to a short design questionnaire, I will mockup a website layout which we then can revise to your satisfaction. Once we have finalized the design, I will code it and deliver the final files to you.
