Copy 3 headers into photo shop, using different layers ( so I can edit later)

I require a three headers ( which I will put into an e-mail) to be copied into photo shop, with the major elements of each header separated as a different layer. A typical header should have around 10 different layers. This way, it will make it easy for me to edit the text or a place an image. You must copy and paste the text from the header so that it is fully editable in photo shop. This is because I will want to change certain text. I am including as an image a sample of a typical header. There will be three in total all looking quite similar. I have done this before with other coders and it is quite straightforward to someone who is experienced in photo shop.
