Archive.org webisite scraper

I need a piece of software which can scrape the content of old sites found on [login to view URL] in a format that allows me to bring them back to life. I need the entire page ie content, css, links. Everything needed to recreate an old site. I already have the domain name(s) of the sites I am interested in- I just need the scraper to be able to get me the old content in a way that makes it easy to re-upload the site onto new hosting. The scraper needs to be able to remove the header info that the wayback machine automatically inserts into each page that is archived and it also needs some way to differentiate between different saved versions of the same page that is in the archive. Sites change over time and I won't need for example every instance of [login to view URL] I know others have built software like this before so hopefully someone who has this already developed would be willing to give me a reasonable price for it. I do not want it limited and it needs to be able to handle anything from a few pages to several thousand archived pages in a fashion that eliminates manual work. The goal is to automate the process of recreating dead websites.
