RuleML using a rule engine (SweetJess) for an on-line application

PLEASE only bid on this project if you are an expert in JAVA, XML and fully understand how to do this. For the person that knows what to do it should not take long and I need this project ASAP and the rewards are there! This is a simple project the aim is to implement a very simple and basic 3-tier Internet prototype application, which is like a policy search engine. The application will be an on-line application were the user logs in selects certain attributes about him/her self on the HTML pages (which are already done for you!) and submits them. This information about the user will be saved onto a database (which is already designed for you as well) and then relevant attributes will be sent to a rule engine known as SweetJess which will bring back the relevant policy cost of the individual. The policies are in RuleML (which is basically XML with a predefined DTD), the DTD is available with the engine, which I will e-mail you or can be obtained from the RuleML homepage. Now these rules, which are in XML (or RuleML), will be fed into the engine, which will automatically generate a code called Jess. The rules in the XML format are already done for you as well, and no previous knowledge of Jess code is required as documentation is provided and any programmer will be able to understand it. It should be a straightforward case of linking the “submit” button on the HTML page to the engine, which then will bring back the relevant calculated policy price. A Java program will be required, as when the relevant policy is found it will return a price to user. This price will be calculated according to the rule selected. It sounds complicated, but for any application developer it should be easy the estimate that was given to me to complete this project is 5days, as documentation and the relevant web-sites are provided, HTML pages are done with a site map, the database is designed and the XML files are done, it a matter of linking them all up and adding a few programs.
