Digital Delivery Utility

I want someone to write a small utility similar to digitalgoodsdelivery.com. Please do the test and see what I want done. I am going to start posting mainly videos, but perhaps some ebooks to ebay----see [login to view URL] Need someone to find or produce a cheap utility without monthly charges. Want someone who can recommend where to host videos which I make and want to have a password and url delivered to buyer as [login to view URL] does. Most likely someone can find a freeware or shareware utility that does this and can recommend/train me and learn the interworking of the video hosting place and ensure buyers can download properly. Estimate 15-20hrs.
