A few Changes in a PHP Website

BUDGET 30 USD!! DONT BID FOR MORE! ONLY PAYPAL NO MILESTONE OR ADVANCED PAYMENT I have a website where you can edit products in four languages separately. The website also allows to upload multiple pdf files. My problem is that whenever one uploads a pdf file for a certain product in a certain language, it is uploaded in all of the languages. I want it to be uploaded in the corresponding language. For the same website, I need the possibility of uploading an embed video in a certain language which will be shown below the list of pdf files in the details of the product(frontpage). This must be the possibility of adding a link to an outside website like Youtube, Vimeo, etc in thebackoffice and should be specific for each language and not an upload to all languages. I need a loggin page to write an unique username and the corresponding unique password which allows the user to be redirected to an html page. I DONT NEED A SYSTEM FOR DIFFERENT USERS. The username and password will be always the same and wont be changed. We will communicate through Skype.
