Looking for experienced Zend / Mysql engineer. Zend certified or equivalent experience. Must have created and finished at least one zend project. Your abilities must include analysis, db design, and OOP design. This is a 1-2 week pilot project to design database changes and a code plan, to add functionality to an existing zend website. The deliverables are: 1. a database design, showing proposed changes to the existing db 2. an OOP coding plan, showing new classes and their location in the file tree. This project will lead into a 4-6 week project to write the code. If that project is completed successfully, there is another 4 week project after that, to add ecommerce capabilities. For now, please post your hourly rate, experience, credentials, a description of your programming team if you have one, resume, portfolio, etc... If you have examples of any code plans and database diagrams you have written in the past, please post them. The winning candidates will be contacted with details about the project (mockups, executive summary, database diagram, code details, etc).

My terminology may be incorrect. By "coding plan", this is what I mean, an architectural plan having good detail. For example: -Will you develop a new module or use an existing one? -List the required classes that must be written, and -show where they would be in the file tree. -as much detail as possible This will require your expertise both as a zend programmer and as an application designer.
## Platform
