competent programmer for wordpress/css modification

the website is [login to view URL] I have a number of things i need to be completed on the site. The light blue article area at the bottom needs a black border. Some of the fonts and colors need to be changed. I want it to only display posts from a specific category...right now it is showing the wrong category. Basically I need someone with a good understanding of wordpress and CSS to dedicate one hour of time to work with me on these issues. I need someone who can dedicate me an hour immediately. Thanks!
