changes to php posting script

I need some changes made to a current php script.. The script post comments & messages to a social network... I need some changes made to the script so that i can enter different variables into the content being posted... So that each posting is different.. Each variable will pick a random line for a text file... 3 or 4 different files will be used to randomize the url and different text.. Should be a quite straight forward project but i need ASAP.. Max available for the project is $40
