aedating programmer

I am looking for a experienced aedating programmer to make the following changes. I am using version 3.2. I need the following changes made: 1) Use credits to send per message. 2) Use credits to read per message. 3) Integrate worldpay payment gateway.(version 4 and above has the files). I do not have the worldpay integration files. So you must get them or have them. 4) Other changes 5) Total working hours will be 5 hours. 6) Must work online with me as no FTP access will be given. 7) Good programmer will get lot more work from me.
