Custom CMS/Website Build/Content Import Scripts

I'm looking for Sr. Developement Company not an individual person. I will need ongoing support. So it's important that the Company is still around. U.S. or So Cal company preferred but not mandatory. All the code needs to be documented and supported as we work through the launch of the site. PHP/MYSQL/XML/RSS/Javascript I have a simple database with 3 tables and an admin page to update add/edit/delete information. I need someone to either support what I have already built or rebuild it so they can support it. I'll need 4 import/parser scripts built to update the DB from uploaded content and information. After the Admin and Import scripts are done we'll need to build a Static website using Templates provided. The site will have a "members" version built and a "free" version built from the data in the DB. Automated and cut and paste responses are automatically ignored.
