Country redirect script

I need a simple geoip script that will do the following: incoming traffic to [login to view URL] will redirect from [login to view URL] to either link1 or link2 based on these parameters: link1 - usa ip's link2 - non usa ip's 1. this script will be installed on hosting bought with namecheap.com. it should be easy for non technical persons to copy paste this script from 1 domain to another!! 2. i need a simple html file to control the redirects. it should be clear what is usa and what is non usa, and all i do is add the redirect link . this html file should be present in the script "package" on whatever domain it is installed 3. assume there are no mysql/php services in the hosting if possible. be very clear what is needed in order for this script to work. 4. add the ability for additional countries to be present in the redirect - i.e if traffic is from french ip, then it will redirect to link3 etc etc (controlled from teh html file) happy bidding
