I had a script built for me that would add customers to my Constant Contact account. Part of it is not working and I need to have it fixed. The form that is not working should allow an existing subscriber of my newsletter to choose his/her birth month and birth date form dropdown menus. Based on the month and date selected, he/she will then be added to a SECOND list in my Constant Contact account (and still remain on the first list).
