Clean Up

We are a company who puts on summer sports camps. Currently, we have an online database for our campers to sign up online. We are looking to get our campers to be able to login online to check their account, make payments, and get the proper information they need before they come to our camp. The project is almost complete, but needs fine tuning. Please see the attached files as to what yet needs to be completed. The largest part of the project yet to be completed is the Products and Services that the campers will be able to sign up for when they log back in to their account. This project NEEDS to be completed by Friday (May 12).
