WhatsApp Marketing Solution Requirement It should be able to cater below functionalities: 1. Able to send bulk WhatsApp Messages to unlimited recipients 2. Able to send Text/Images/Video Messages 3. Import mobile numbers from .xlsx, .csv or .text 4. The ability to check and filter which of the numbers that are imported are actually registered phone numbers with WhatsApp. It also must be able to filter out numbers who are in Whatsapp's Blacklist so as any messages will not be sent to them. 5. Able to prevent WhatsApp from stopping/blocking the registered mobile number after sending a few hundred messages 6. Message Delivery Report (Read, Deleted, Delivered, Pending, Sent etc) 7. Able to customize message (text, .jpg, or .mp4, .avi, .mpg, any video formats that supported by Apple or Android) 8. The ability to include an Unsubscribe link to enable recipients to unsubscribe directly from the message, and to accurately record the Unsubscribe List. 9. Able to check duplicate numbers during import 10. It should be online 11. Able to create multiple users account where we can allocate desired credits to the users 12. Each agent account will only work with a license key for authentication purposes so that users won’t buy 1 program and resell again. 14. Agent accounts which are under the Master account --> The program should be the same as the master account. However, master account can disable functions within the agent account. 15. An easy to use interface for first time software users to get quickly acquainted with it.
