Blog Posting Script via API

This job is easy. I just don't have the time to do it. I need a script that has a select menu w/options for "blogger (beta) blog", "blogger blog", "wordpress blog", "movable type blog". Once a user selects their blog, They will be prompted for username/pass (if blogger) and field for "MT cgi-bin:" and username/pass (if movable type) and field for api endpoint (i.e. [login to view URL]) and user/pass (if wordpress). Once they enter this info, they will be told to select which blog(if they have multiple under that username/pass) they wish to post to. Then they will be shown: Subject field, body field, and list of categories to post to and a submit button. The script will then submit to their personal blog. There are a bunch of scripts out there that are already written you could use, so this should be easy. I will require you to have a working copy of the script (online somewhere, or I can upload to my server) in order to test that it is working. I've been burnt before on paying for non-working scripts.
