Autoreply system for Gmail accounts

Dear developers, We are looking for an easy too use and nice script that will enable auto reply on incoming e-mails in an gmail account. We will be using multiple gmail accounts like , etc. For each account there will be an different auto reply text (this text will also contain an link). Very important is that we can set an time on the auto reply. For example when our gmail accounts gets an e-mail we should set time limit too for example 120 minutes. So after 120 minutes our auto reply mail we be send to the person who send us the e-mail. This i s an realistic delay. Another option but optional is that we have multiple auto reply e-mails. For example we set the first auto reply with text "x" to go out in 60 minutes. When another we get another e-mail back we can send an 2second auto reply with an different text within for example 30 minutes. This last feature is optional and we would be very happy if this is possible! We need this script script for especially Gmail, but it would be great if its also possible for Hotmail. I hope somebody can build this within 7-14 days for us. Looking forward to your reply's!
