Adult Embedded Video Script

I am wanting a site where users can embed their favorite adult videos from top video sharing sites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. Here are some of the requirements for the script: - Ability to rate (1-5 stars) and add the video as a "Favorite". - Ability to search videos. - Top Referrers and script that counts and tracks who their referrer was. - I need a simple members area where users can submit embedded videos, view their favorite videos, and add their own promotional banner that shows up as an incentive for posting videos. - Ability to browse videos category and by: Most Viewed, Top Rated, Most Favorited, New, and Random. I also need a simple admin area. Here are the requirements: - Manage users (with ability to search) - Manage embedded videos (with ability to search) - Approve submitted embedded videos. - Manage Top Referrers. - Ban users/IPs/URLs. That is pretty much it. I have the layout/design/plans for basically every page, so you should have a full understanding of exactly what I want. I am looking to spend about $300-$400 on this, but I may pay more to a more professional programmer. I would prefer PHP, as I can understand it and make changes on the go. Payment (negotiable): Escrow payment after all requirements are completed and the full script (with template) is intalled on my site.
