Adjustments to Website created with OSDate

We have a new website created with the OSDate script and require some adjustments to be made to the PHP script. As such we require the services of an expert PHP programmer who can work quickly to make some minor adjustments. We see this as a task which will take a skilled PHP Expert a few hours to do. We want the OSDate script to allow couples to signup using a single signup. So when the new signup clicks on Couples, from the drop down list, then the web page will remove the current message and by-pass the current OSDate requirement that the couple have individual profiles first. We have found the patch which has been written by another OSDate user and need you to apply this patch and ensure that it works without any problems. In addition, we want you to modify the profile page to include additional fields. This will require additional fields to be added to the mySQL database. When submitting your bid, please include details of your experience relevant to this task. The site has not yet been released but is on a webserver.
