cashback script/plugin

I need a script/plugin made for a cash back site. the site is on wordpress and i need something that notifies us every time someone purchases something on a site that we have recommended so we can give that person cash back on there purchase. we also need a members area built where our members will see how much cash back they are due. So the process will be. They come to our site pick a product they like. click the link provided by us to go to the products site. purchase the product. (we get commission) log back into there account in a day or two and see that they have $x pending in their account The idea is similar to what happens here [login to view URL] I am not a technical person at all as you can tell by the description of this project but will be happy to explain it further if you contact me.
