Develop AJAX auto updating list

Build a component that shows a vertical list of real estate properties at the right side of the page which automatically adds and removes properties which have recently changed. Every item in the list consists of picture, address, bid. jQuery should be used for UI and AJAX. The server is polled every 5 seconds using AJAX. The poll checks mysql table for properties with a date field higher than the highest date field in the page and adds it to the list. When the properties in the list become more than 10, the oldest ones are removed. New coming properties insert at the top, with flashing background effect and slow 5 min fadeout. The property address and the property time are in different tables which must be joined by id. The actual names of tables, fields, scripts will be given later. The developer will create the tables and a button which inserts fresh records during development. The developer should provide a url with the working script.
