Dating Website w/ database + ecommerce + social capabilities

I would like a dating site w/ the following capabilities -cant go into too much detail for privacy * database w/ backend allowing users to sign up, create username & password) & validate accounts through automatic e-mail validation * Allow certain users to have limited access * Data presented in the form of a "feed" that updates automatically like facebook history updates, is auto organized by 7 day period & time but also includes other parameters: location, category/tag, age range of person, gender, etc Can also be viewed where you determine how # data results (ie. 30/page or all). Data should be removed from feed when it expires but viewed if desired * E-commerce: multiple payment options to become member * Social networking capabilities: content can be liked, voted on, shared w/ other sites. Also content within the site should have social networking capabilities * Multiple pages including home, blog, about, locale, testimony, how it works, etc * Ability for users to create a profile where they upload pictures & video. They should also be able to see who has viewed their profile * Ability for users to remove other users from their feed so they no longer show up ever. Also to favorite users as well as other ways of interacting with the user * Members profile area where they tweak their profile should they decide to, check mail / send mail, see notifications (also should be visible on homepage much like facebook). * my Backend (admin) to see all users, their activity, delete them, a mailing list where i can mail users with ease or those that have signed up for the mailing list, * Forms * A way for requests to be sent to users - with parameters/limitations to be discussed in further detail upon bid/project acceptance *set up a blog that has a similar feel to the rest of the site (design wise) with all the expected social requirements *twitter/facebook share, tag cloud, like, twitter feed * Some flash may be required * pop up type images that overshadows the page (the page dims) w/ special offers / text Site should have a modern, sleek & professional look/design. ## Deliverables * You will need to code algorithms? (or find coding) to remember users preferences and match them with other users based on some kind of compatability (Like tracking their choosing patterns) * You will need to send them "updates" - automatic emails sent to their inbox informing them of their matches * You will need to make a favicon, and put meta tags / description in the coding so that the page can be found in search engine once submitted by keywords
