Custom e-commerse website with shopping cart

A customer of mine needs an e-commerce website, to display his products online, with the ability for the visitor to order. This customer is a butcher. This website will serve as an extension of their service for the local community. I need one of 2 options: 1: Customization of Zen Cart or 2: Custom made shopping cart Important: - Must support Cash on Delivery payment for registered customers - Customer registration should be completed after personal verification of store manager - Shopping cart with list of products and the amount, and the subtotal without shipping and other fees should be visible all the time. - Coupon redemption Preferred: - AJAX functionality for updating shopping cart, view product info **Edit**: Please visit [login to view URL] (Dutch site) to see what inspired the customer to order this service. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
