Overview: * Site to be customized for style and SEO compatibility off an open source template * .jpg file will provided for a basis site structure * Custom Design of Header and Logo* * Site will have 4 Static pages, (Home, About, Resources and Contact) * Home page will only have most recent article, base of article will have links to appropriate category and tags * About will have 2 sections, About the blog and Author * Resources, will be organized based on categories for an easy overview of all * Contact Page will have a Form required for submission(similar to <[login to view URL]> ) * Coder is responsible for layout and initial set up of Categories, Tags, archives, etc * Side bar to include space for logo and brief ad for Parent site(logo graphic will be provided). * Search Engine optimized site map required. * Working Rss and subscribe by e-mail function required * Site must implement pugins** and be widget ready * Site must implement Anit spam features to prevent bot posts
