I have a site that I like and am only looking for splash page design. I have already created the design but need it coded. It may be a little more involved than your average splash page in that it will mainly be composed of an image, but the image itself would not be the same on each visit, rotating among 12-15 choices. Also very important, I want the image and if possible text/buttons to resize as the user resizes his or her browser window, i.e. dragging from lower right corner to make bigger or smaller. I have seen this work on other sites and believe it makes use of "on resize" code. I'm not sure if I am allowed to post links to sites where I have seen this here, however, I have attached three JPGs of my design showing the possible image rotation so hopefully it will go a long way to explaining what I want. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR THE CHEAPEST SOLUTION, I AM LOOKING FOR THE BEST SOLUTION. Thanks for your consideration!

I could do this for you, with the design you've shown. I'll tell you now, though, in order for it to look nice when being resized, the pictures you're using would have to fit some criteria as far as size, dimensions, and quality. However, given that you're a photographer, I don't expect that to be an issue. Your design should be simple to implement, and I should be able to write the code easily enough.
