Create a flash file from a PSD w/ a text overlay from an XML - I will provide PSD & XML file I need read. I need a flash file that reads from an XML file and refresh the contents of the XML file every 10 seconds or every time the XML file is saved. I will provide you with the PSD (which must have a clear background) and the XML file. I need a total of 4 different tags read from the XML file to the flash with Arial Black BOLD Font in White with a black drop shadow on the text. You must make sure text aligns in the center of the specified areas and fits well. I have attached psd, xml and 2 jpgs of what I want it to look like. This is for a live video casting that is happening in 36 hours, so I need AT MOST 24 hour turn around time. For any experienced flash user, this should take NO TIME AT ALL.
