Convert existing Facebook app into a standalone site

I have an existing Facebook app at the URL of [login to view URL] that I need to have converted into a standalone web site. In other words I want the app to be able to exist on it's own web site as well as still reside on Facebook. Along with that change I have the following modifications that need to be made: - Update both standalone site and Facebook app to use new API - Fix button on Facebook site (make sure it also works in standalone version) - Add a pop-up box based on the user query for the standalone site Details of these requirements can be provided upon request.
