Convert Javascript/PHP countdown script to embeddable Flash element

Hi, I need someone that can QUICKLY convert an HTML/Javascript/PHP countdown banner to an embeddable Flash object The original is viewable here: [login to view URL] I need it to look identical, the PHP I used originally should not be necessary as I'd like it to read the time/date to countdown to from a text file, in which the date/time can be a one-liner like "January 30, 2012 8:50pm" or "1/30/2011 20:50", whatever works for you. I assume this will not be a difficult task for an experienced Flash developer. I need this done ASAP, and if work fully meets my expectations, a bonus is definitely a possibility.
