Chartiable website to arrange visits for bedridden children

Hi! Let's work together to make a website that will allow actors and entertainers in Los Angeles to register and make appointments to visit sick children in Children's Hospitals. Some features to include (others will be discovered in the design process): NOTE: This is NOT an all inclusive list. 1. Ability to register to be one of the people that will visit the children 2. Need to be able to approve the above people before they can register (might require a background check, we are researching this now) 3. Ability to register for certain times to visit. 4. Scalable, ability to upgrade website in the future to expand to other areas + more hospitals. Good architecture and foundation is important here for future expansion. 5. Ability to donate to the hospital, or to the organization 6. Ability for hospitals to log in and add special events they would like people to come to (example, a child's birthday) Part of this project is the design so consider that in your bid. Also keep in mind its for charity, and if you are discounting your bid because of the cause, or if the fact that it is charity is important to you, please mention this! Excellent English skills are a must because the design is not set in stone. Communication will be important to make this project a success.
