CSS/HTML/Javascript Developer Needed!

Convert a PSD file to HTML/CSS/Javascript. The PSD contains one webpage which is modifying the exsiting website. It's important to ensure the web page is cross-browser compatible (IE6, IE7, FF, and Safari). Container A on the top has google map inside and the map legend. It needs a javascript code to open up a popup up window. Container B on the bottom contains 2 columns. Each columns has various scrollable DIVs. Of course there are header and footer section to be convert as seen on the PSD file as well as on the existing site. The existing HTML/CSS/Javascript codes on the website will be given in order to make the functionality of the new webpage work as the existing website.
