Hello! Please explain this part of your first sentence "or with other", because it does not bare any meaning like it is now. And it's like this with the last two lines as well. So, basically you want a csv to be taken in, parsed and split into 10 line chunks, each of which will become what (post or page) of it's own, with the title being the link content of the first link from the chunk and content being the list of 10 title(linked to the external original URL or not) and description. Is that it?
