Custom wordpress plugin Author information in search results - rich snippets

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.4.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. The site uses the Google Authorship Widget plugin. [login to view URL] This plugin lets you place an Author bio with Google authorship markup on your WordPress blog as a widget. The site has 800 authors and 20.000 posts. Actually, all the posts are written by a single author, but allocated to different authors for them to get comment notification. The google plus page of the author is [login to view URL] I want to have Author information in search results for the posts in my site. This is explained here [login to view URL] It seems that the Google Authorship Widget plugin does part of the job but not all of it. The rich snippets needed can be tested here [login to view URL] When I test a post, for example [login to view URL] I get 2 warnings: Missing required field "updated". Missing required hCard "author". These issues should be resolved by the plugin created by the freelancer. The freelancer should send me the plugin as a zip file that I will install on a test site, and when successful on a live site. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
