Custom Wordpress Template Design and Development 2

I need a wordpress template familiar to provided website. Two pages design and development is required i.e. index page and content page. You are required to: 1- Provide webpage designs (i.e. index page and content page). I will provide the layout. 2- Once the design is approved, you are required to develop the Wordpress template. 3- After the development I will provide the content to be posted.
