Convert my wordpress into a Paysite for some countries

I have a wordpress adult website. This website is free for everybody, I want to make some changes and I want it to run like this: When the user is from the country list A -> the webstite is free with no restrictions when the user is from the country list B -> the website will have some restrictions. The visitor only can see X number of posts. He will then need to pay a fee in order to access all of the posts , if the user dosnt pay, he will need to wait 24Hours to view more posts. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// so what i need is 1. a function to separate users from diferents countries, the countries A FREE WEBSITE and the countries B RESTRICTED WEBSITE. 2. a function that can count how many times an IP from the restricted countries view posts and then after x numbers of views-(that I will choose later) all the posts will become blocked for this IP, and then unblocked 24 hours later. 3. when the posts became blocked the visitor will be redirected to a landing page that will inform him that he will need to pay a fee to continue viewing the content or wait 24 Hours if u need more info, PM me
