Configure wordpress with Postie and Contact Form 7 plugins

This should be a quick project. I need someone to configure the Postie plugin (or a similar plugin) to simultaneously send emails and post the sent emails to the same site's Wordpress blog using the Contact Form 7 plugin (or a similar plugin) in the Ready2Launch Wordpress theme which is already installed. My website should allow users to send emails to anybody, and then the emails that are sent to a person or business will be simultaneously posted to the same site's blog or forum for the world to see. For example: I sent my payment to ABC Company but now it's a month later and the company hasn't shipped the product that I paid for, provided an explanation, or even answered my emails. Now I'm upset. So I log in to my account, send my letter of complaint to the company detailing how they have disappointed me and how I would like them to resolve the situation, and at the same time that the email is sent to the same message is posted to my site's blog or forum for the world to see, and for my site's members to comment on. The company being complained about should be able to reply to the complaint letter from their own company email account (not my site's email system). My site's user email form should include a message field, a field to describe how the user would like the company to resolve the problem, and all the normal email options/functionality.
