Build a wordpress template & mimic a similar site

I am developing a new business I found a similar site that I like. I found what template they were using and I am share the link below. [login to view URL] I have go ahead and purchased and installed the template and now I am in need to have someone build the layout and content with some minor changes using the wordpress backed and I will share the site that I want to use an example. There will be some small differences. In addition, I will need to have this template designed so that I can copy to two additional sites that will be similar in look and feel but reflect their own design. I would prefer a flat price but I am flexible. This is mostly know how to setup wordpress themeforest templates and doing some small modification to the design layout.
