Automatic payments - Feasibility study

We need automatic payments made from a PHP application based on WordPress. We are considering using Paypal Mass Payment solution. The purpose of this project is to get a feasibility study with a payer account in the UK. If you have already implementated the use of Paypal Mass Payment API with a payer account of any country and can test your implementation with a UK test account, do not hesitate to bid on our project. What we need is to have a demo showing us how Paypal Mass Payment behaves with a UK payer account.
