Append value to field post submission if current date and time is X

Hi I'm looking for someone to write a simple script that adds a value to a field after a Wordpress Gravity Form is submitted. Ie if the current time of submission is the weekend (out of business hours - between Friday 17:30 and Monday 09:00) append a value of '2' to a hidden field.
