data import automation

This is an incredibly simple project for someone that knows what they are doing. I need a tool that can access a webpage ( the link will be supplied - with relevant passwords if required ) that can automatically export a series of data records stored in a txt file and import it into the website in question. this is the process the end user follows: the application opens the website login page the end user has to enter the logon details the end user selects the appropriate page based on prompts by the tool. the end user starts the automation process. the automatic process asks the user to identify the file that should be imported ( browse for it ) the automatic process then carries out the import function and imports the data into a single field, auto completes another, saves the record on the website and waits. 2 seconds later it starts on record 2 and repeats until all records have been imported. samples of the input file and details about the domain will be released via a PM if you request more information. thanks, Jon ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
