button blocker

Hi, ? ? ? i want a? password protected? small utility that runs in system tray and remains active, it can block any button clicked in any? software running in windows? , we will enter the button's caption(that i want to block) in that utitily's setting it waits for the buttons of that caption pressed,it immidiately turminates the reaction of that button,or closes? that window which appears after? pressing that button ? i just want to disable some buttons in my professional software i use? in my bussiness,this utility should be password protected,and for disabling or uninstalling it password should be requird, ? ? Any coder who can make this for me can make me a trail version of it having limited use like only 10 times use, il check it for any bugs then il pay the coder.
