C# XNA Game help

I need a developer experienced in writing C# XNA games for the Xbox 360 console. ## Deliverables The coder will complete the following: 1) Fully working sudoku game for the xbox 360 console. 2) Game will generate working puzzles that will display on the screen. 3) Game will be fully developed using OOP code. a) Object orientation is a requirement, and your code will be reviewed. b) The code should support creating multiple puzzle objects. c) The code should support drawing the complete puzzle, or only parts of the completed puzzle. 4) The working example you'll create will launch directly into the game, there will be no menus or options screens. 5) When a cell (box of 9 numbers) completes the game will show on screen that it's completed. 6) Input will be handled using the controller, user will select a box using the A button. They will be able to cycle through numbers and choose one with the A button, or exit the menu to return to the game without making a selection using the B button. When complete I will test this code on an Xbox console to confirm it works.
